The improvements under this contract consisted of rigid pavement reconstruction, milling and resurfacing, base work, cub and gutters, drainage improvements, guardrail, sidewalks, asphalt shared use path, signing and pavement marking, signalization and lighting on SR-546 (Memorial Boulevard) from east of I-4 easterly 1.281 miles to west of SR-517 (US 92) and on SR-546 from Chestnut Road easterly 0.835 miles to Brunnell Parkway in the City of Lakeland, Polk County, FL. Total roadway length: 2.231 miles
